The beautiful season brings its sweetness and the first heat. The fruit on the market stalls and the first vegetables from the garden make it possible to make natural, thirst-quenching drinks with many benefits.

Refreshing, flavoured waters can be varied according to your desires and drunk at any time of the day. Rich in vitamins and minerals, they are good for your body.

OUR RECIPES

For all these recipes, you need 2 L of spring water in which to immerse your finely sliced ingredients, to be left to infuse overnight.

The spring lemon detox

You need :

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 organic lemons
  • 2 sprigs of basil

Sweet as a rose

You need :

  • 150 g raspberries
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 4 untreated roses
  • lemon peel

Fruity moment

You need :

  • 2 organic oranges
  • 125 g raspberries
  • the seeds of a pomegranate
  • 50 g redcurrants

Hydration

You need :

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 2 organic lemons
  • 1 organic lime
