Harvested when perfectly ripe, the whole black truffle extra is a regular shaped truffle with an excellent taste.
It goes wonderfully well with game, red meat and poultry, as well as with fish.

As this product is already cooked, add it at the last moment, with the juice, to your hot dishes and sauces. This way you will preserve all the flavours!
