Riesling is the noblest and finest of the Alsace grape varieties. Introduced in the 15th century from the Rhineland, it is thought to have originated in the Orleanois. It is very different from its German counterpart and the many Rieslings that are now appearing all over the world.

This Riesling from Domaines Schlumberger is is planted mainly in the Bollenberg area and in the Saering, Kessler and Kitterlé terroirs.

Ideal for an exotic papaya salad, prawn ravioli in Thai broth, prawn soup with coconut milk or goat's milk cheese with chives... Serving temperature 12°.
